My mom nurtured my passion and purhcased our first sewing maching, which I still have today. As I entered high schoool, my passion for design and tailoring grew. My first sewing experience was making an apron with rick-rack trim.
CONFIDENCE
Home Economics education allowed me to explore my creativity as I designed my junior and senior prom gowns. After showcasing my talents through my creations, friends and family sought me out for alterations and to create garments for all occasions.
